I will show another solution to add a number of days to a date string in JavaScript. The solution provided in the above link works well and gives an expected result. But, recently I faced a problem with the above solution. I have selected the date from datepicker and the format of the date selected from datepicker is unknown on a client-side script to which we have to add a number of days and the solution provided in the above link gives an unexpected result.
