To create a course.
\nGo to site administrator->courses->manage courses and categories.

\nGo to miscellaneous click on create a new course<\/em>

Enter the course full name eg science
\nEnter the course short name eg science
\nEnter the course start and end if you want<\/p>\n

\"Enrollment<\/p>\n

Enter the course description<\/p>\n

\"Enrollment<\/p>\n

You can change the course format <\/p>\n

\"Enrollment<\/p>\n

Click on save and display<\/p>\n

\"Enrollment<\/p>\n

A new Course is created with the name science<\/p>\n

To enroll users in a course go to the enrollment method in the course administration<\/h2>\n

There are different types of enrollment methods in Moodle\/Totara like:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Manual enrollment:- <\/strong>It allows the teacher of the course<\/a> to manage individual enrollment of the student to their course.<\/li>\n
  2. Self-enrollment:-<\/strong> User can directly enroll via enrolment key.<\/li>\n
  3. Guest Access:-<\/strong> Users with the guest role can view the contents of the course.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Go to
    \nSite administrator->courses->choose the course<\/p>\n

    Click on the course<\/p>\n

    Go to enrolled methods<\/p>\n

    Choose the enrollment methods manual or self-enrollment.<\/p>\n

    To enroll user manually go to the course administrator of that course-> users-> enrolled users<\/p>\n

    Self enrolment<\/strong> \u2013 A user can enroll him\/herself into a course by going through Settings > Course administration > \u201cEnrol me in this course\u201d<\/p>\n
